How Replies Work
When you respond to a listing, your message is sent directly to the listing owner via email. This is a one-way message — the listing owner cannot reply to you through this site.
Including your contact information
If you want the listing owner to be able to get back to you, include your contact information either:
- In the "your email" field on the reply form — this is the easiest way
- In the body of your message — if you prefer to share a different contact method
If you don't include any contact information, the listing owner will receive your message but will have no way to respond.
Privacy
Your account email address is not shared with the listing owner unless you explicitly include it in the reply form or your message. The only information sent is what you type.
Tips
- Be specific about what you're interested in — generic messages are often ignored
- Be respectful — listings are moderated and abusive behavior will result in a ban
- Include your preferred contact method if you want a response
- You can send up to 5 replies per hour
For listing owners
When someone responds to your listing, you'll receive an email with their message. If they included their email address, you can reply to them directly. If they didn't, their message will be anonymous.
You can unsubscribe from response emails if you no longer want to receive them.
